Tanglewood (Jambue)
An earthy alpaca blend blanket woven for cool nights, quiet mornings and comfort that travels well. Its rich striped palette of olive, sage, stone and charcoal is lifted by soft turquoise and muted plum accents, giving the blanket a grounded, quietly atmospheric feel. The design feels both natural and slightly nostalgic, reminiscent of weathered canvas, shaded bush tracks and cool evenings under open sky.
Alpaca wool is valued for its softness, warmth and breathable comfort. Naturally insulating and comfortable across changing temperatures, it makes an easy companion for cabins, bell tents, vanlife escapes and slower weekends away. Lightweight yet insulating, it offers warmth without unnecessary heaviness; easy to layer across the bed, fold into the van, or wrap around shoulders beside the fire.
The Tanglewood Blanket is woven from an 80% alpaca and 20% acrylic blend, bringing together the natural softness and warmth of alpaca with added durability for regular use. The acrylic blend adds strength and resilience, helping the blanket hold up well through repeated use, travel and season-after-season living.
Soft, warm and easy to live with, Tanglewood is designed for the spaces between home and elsewhere.
Handwoven in Ecuador and originally known as Jambue, Tanglewood reflects the character of slower textile production and made to bring warmth and presence to the places you make your own.

We are a small Australian business offering natural wool blankets and textiles in considered quantities. Some pieces may be held in limited stock, while others may be ordered specially for you before being checked, packed and dispatched from us.
We offer free shipping Australia-wide on all orders.
Delivery timeframes
Most orders are received within 7 business days days, however we ask our customers to allow 10-12 business days from the time of purchase.
This includes the time for your piece to arrive with us, be checked, packed with care, and sent on to you with express delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
Time-sensitive orders
Please consider our delivery timeframe when purchasing for gifts, events, trips away or other time-sensitive occasions.

Many of our blankets are produced in limited quantities, and future restocks may vary in colour, weave, shade or availability.
If a piece feels right for your home, van, cabin or next open-air escape, we recommend choosing it while it is available.

Shipping & Returns
Please allow approximately 10 business days before local dispatch. Once your order leaves us, it will be sent with free express shipping Australia-wide, usually arriving within 1-3 business days.
Yes. As each blanket is ordered specially for you, tracking will not be available immediately after purchase. We’ll keep you updated on the progress of your order, and your tracking number will be sent once your blanket has been checked, packed and booked for free express delivery Australia-wide.
We offer free shipping Australia wide.
We want you to love your piece. If your blanket is not quite right, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a store credit, provided it is in as-new condition with its original packaging.

Product Care & Maintenance
Caring for wool can feel intimidating, but it is fairly simple.
Air regularly, spot clean gently where possible, hand-wash or cold gentle machine wash, avoid frequent washing and store dry.
Alpaca & Llama wool are highly durable, but being natural fibres they do require care. Please see Cleaning & Care for more information.
Machine wash with a cold wool/delicate cycle. Hand washing is preferred where possible to extend the life of your blanket.
Cold water only.
Mild detergent.
Gentle wash (handwash preferred or wool/delicate cycle).
Do not use bleach.
Do not tumble dry.
Do not twist or wring.
Lay flat or hang with support.
Avoid direct sunlight.
Avoid ironing if possible
If needed, use low heat with a protective cloth or a gentle steam is preferred.
