Mulberry Ash | Alpaca Wool Blanket | 245cm x 170cm
Description
Mulberry Ash (Puruhua)
A soft alpaca blend blanket in mulberry, burgundy, plum and blue-grey stripes, made for cool evenings, quiet cabins and warmth with depth.
Its rich striped palette moves through deep burgundy, muted mulberry, plum, earthy red and soft blue-grey tones. The result is colourful but grounded, with a moody warmth that feels especially suited to cabins, winter rooms, open-air stays and darker timber settings. It brings depth and character without feeling loud.
At approximately 245 x 170 cm, Mulberry Ash is generously sized for layering across a queen bed, folding over a sofa, keeping in the van, or wrapping close when the temperature drops. Its soft brushed texture gives it a tactile, comforting feel while still remaining light enough to carry between home and elsewhere.
The Mulberry Ash Blanket is woven from an 80% alpaca and 20% acrylic blend, bringing together the natural softness and warmth of alpaca with added durability for regular use.. Alpaca fibre is valued for its softness, warmth and breathability. The acrylic component adds strength and resilience, making the blanket well suited to repeated use, travel, packing, airing and season-after-season layering.
Handwoven in Ecuador and originally known as Puruhua, Mulberry Ash reflects the character of slower textile production and made to bring warmth and presence to the places you make your own.
Warm, atmospheric and quietly bold, Mulberry Ash is a colour-rich comfort piece for the places you make your own.

The Mulberry Ash Alpaca Wool Blanket is absolutely beautiful. The quality is exceptional, and it's incredibly soft without feeling bulky. I love the generous size—it drapes perfectly over the end of the bed or wraps around you completely on a chilly evening. The colour is sophisticated and timeless, adding warmth and texture without overpowering the room. It feels like one of those pieces you'll treasure for years, and it's quickly become my favourite blanket in the house. I couldn't be happier with it.
